Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Don't bother wasting your money on Embrace. They always deny claims. My dog had an ear infection that had nothing to do with a dermatology issue, yet that's what they cconsidered it. That's par for the course with this company. I'll be canceling the policy when it's time to renew.

my kitten (sneakers) is a beautiful tuxedo but had a bit of a rough beginning. I found her in the engine of a car in a parking lot...only 4 weeks old and covered in grease and fleas with a burn on her head. the vet said she seemed healthy enough, but who knew what would show up later. so we thought the embrace insurance was a good idea. well, as it turns out, sneakers is very healthy, but a bit of a scoundrel and has had 1 episode of near choking on her collar and one episode of eating something that made her very sick! embrace has been the best! no hassle at all even with 2 claims in very short order! we will never cancel. sneakers loves embrace.

Have been with Embrace for over 2 years now and I don't regret switching from my old insurance company one bit (VPI) one bit!! Embrace has been consistent, reliable and quick! As well, I love that they allow their clients to customize their plans for each pet.

Two years now with EMBRACE and I have always been satisfied. AS usual, I wish I never have to make another claim--but it sure is reassuring to know that there is a safety net.

Your response to our pre-determination quick and just I antiipated the coverage would be. The final determination was also exactly to the same degree and for the same amounbt as the pre-determination approval. You took a very long time however -- almost 5 weeks -- to process the claim but did a good job of staying in touch with me often about the delay and apologizing for it. If not for the delay I would have given you a 10 numerical ranking.
