Fabulous Customer Service

My french bulldog has been insured with Embrace for the past two and a half years (given their many potential health problems I got her in early) and I cannot say enough good things about their coverage. She has been relatively healthy but has managed to have kennel cough, mange and various other "normal" dog conditions which could have caused financial strain without the coverage. Even better though then the coverage is the customer service -- they are amazing about keeping me in the loop when a claim is being processed, asking questions if there are any potential issues and generally being a joy to work with. If you are thinking of insuring your pet I can't recommend Embrace enough.

So far so good!

I have only had Embrace for a couple of months, but everything has gone very smoothly so far. They are always in touch and make filing a claim very simple. I look forward to many years with my puppy and Embrace.

Easy breezy.....

I just love using Embrace and the claims and reimbursement process is so simple. Fax it in and then you get excellent service with constant updates on the status of things. Excellent service all around! They are the Nordstrom of pet insurance providers!

Very slow

Repayment is very slow. Also we never receive an itemization of our claim - we always have to ask.

Great communications slow on getting settlement

The pay back is ggod, the communication is good. However, when I started my policy I was told 10 to 15 days for payment. Then it went to 20 to 25 days. After that I was told those days do not include weekends. All of this should have been made clear at the beginning. Embrace needs to set up payment to the Vet. Many people need the insurance because they don't have the money in pocket. So actually we are paying for the entire visit up front. Human's insurance doesn't work that way and neither should pet insurance.
