Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

This is my second claim from Embrace. The service is fast and reliable and the explanation of benefits is easy to read. I told my vet that they should recommend Embrace and I recommend it to everyone I know who has or is thinking about getting a pet!

Claims are very easy to submit. I bring a form with me to each visit. Even though the plan only pays 80 percent of the claim and does not cover medications, I feel every little bit helps. Thank you to the employees who handle the claims for me and for tHe follow-up, it is appreciated!

I just wanted to say what a blessing it has turned out to have been to have Embrace.This is the third claim I have filed, and there has never been hoops to jump through or crazy paperwork to deal with. It has gone better than I ever could have imagined, which I am truly thankful for as it seems we may have a long road ahead of us with our beloved Bella. She now needs an MRI done with a neurology specialist because they fear she may have Wobbler's Syndrome. This may end up being a long and expensive process, however, I can rest assured knowing Embrace will be there to assist me along the way! With the potential of thousands of dollars in vet bills on the horizon, I am counting my lucky stars that I purchased this policy the week we brought her home. I would hate to think that I may not be able to provide her the best medical care possible because of financial difficulties! If anyone is "on the fence" about getting a policy, I strongly urge them to do so! This has/is going to be a complete life saver for poor Bella and our family. Thank you so much Embrace!

Recently submitted a number of claims for our 2 year old yellow lab. She has had some concerning (and as of yet) unexplained issues that have been diagnosed as gastroenteritis. Her issues have resulted in two weekend trips to an emergency veterinary clinic as well as multiple follow-up visits with our primary veterinarian. The claim process has been very straightforward; communication from Embrace has been informative; and remittance has been timely and in accordance with our policy. All in all it's been a very smooth process and has not added to an otherwise stressful situation.

Our puppy was recently bitten by another dog during a romp at the dog park and had to be taken to an animal hospital for stitches (our primary Vet was closed). Although Embrace has always had EXCELLENT customer service, I was a little nervous about coverage because we had never had an accident before. I was so pleased at how quickly they processed our claim! The hospital bill was high and it was such a relief to have a Embrace on our side. I only wish I had signed up with them as soon as we got our puppy. There was one company we went with for a few months who didn't cover anything!!!
