claim experience positive but slowing processing
I have been a great fan of embrace. The staff are lively, the claim process easy and transparent and I like the 80% of billed services rather than a specified coverage amount. However my experience with recent claims have been that they have been processed and reimbursed much slower than in the past. The most recent conversation I had with the staff indicated that this was because they were very busy and were training new staff but I think they should be held to a standard of a quicker response time
