Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

OMG !!! I don't know what we would have done without Embrace. We seem to be having a run on Orthopedic issues. First Mikey gets a broken leg when playing at day care. Poor baby. Now Roary our 3 year old Mastiff injured then tore his acurciate ligament and finally needed, physical therapy, then finally TPLO surgery. Embrace and their wonderfully friendly and supportive were with us all the way. We are talking claims here well over $ 8,000. So is so is Embrace Pet Ins. worth it ......dah... That would be a resounding YES! I tell everyone I meet who has a dog or cat about Embrace, I think some people actually think I work for Embrace. I don't work for Embrace but they do work for me and I so appreciate it.

My Rott/Boxer mix presented with a very runny stool, I had just recently purchased this insurance, he was seen at the vet, I sent in my claim, and received a quick confirmation that the claim would be honored and go toward my deductible. Great customer service, Bosco is doing much better and everybody is happy. So far, I have been very pleased with the customer service and very good communication. I am looking forward to working with Embrace for many years to come!

We adopted our dog just about a month ago. A few days later I started a policy with Embrace and I also signed up for the wellness plan which will refund you up to $400 annually. That week I took Tucker for his first check up and I submitted my claim shortly thereafter for the check up plus heart worm/flee and tick meds. Within a couple of days I received full reimbursement for the vet bill.

Ariel had to have surgery back in September for a grade four patellar luxation. After weeks of therapy and recovery we noticed that she was walking different again. When we took her back to the vet the x-ray revealed that she needed to have surgery again. Because of Embrace we were able to focus on Ariel's second surgery and recovery without worrying about the cost. I would highly recommend getting Embrace insurance because you just never know what may happen to your furry friend's.

I never wanted to have to use my dog medical insurance, but my lab mix, Honey, was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma, an aggressive type of cancer, less than a month ago. The Embrace team was extremely responsive with my claim and very helpful reassuring me regarding what was covered. I am delighted with their service, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate pet care insurer.
