Outstanding Claims Service from Embrace
We have had nothing but outstanding claims service from Embrace since we have enrolled our Miniature Schnauzer Dakota Blue into the program. This is for everything from several wellness checkup claims to an illness claim for bladder x-rays and to treat a condition for allergies and for crystallaria, or calcium oxylate crystals in the urine, a breed specific chronic/genetic/hereditary condition for miniature schnauzers which could potentially lead to bladder stones if left untreated. The staff at Embrace was very courteous and answered all our questions, and the turnaround time was also outstanding for claims reimbursement at usually 1-2 weeks or less. In all ways, we are quite pleased with the no-hassle service we have gotten since signing up for the policy for our loved one. Will recommend this pet insurance to everyone.

Tremendous in Handling Claims!
This is so much better than human medical insurance!! I submitted a claim form which had part well and part ill services on it. They wrote me and explained they would be splitting the claim into 2 claims and promptly processed each one and paid out very quickly. I would have expected them to reject the claim and make me resubmit them separately, but instead they took care of it and I didn't have to waste time. Soooo appreciated!
