Great deal, excellent service

We just adopted our goldendoodle, Finley, and wanted to have insurance in case we have any problems. But the odds of that are low overall, so I really wanted insurance that would help out in the event of an emergency and ALSO help with the routine care a puppy needs in her first year. Very pleased to find this one, with a $400 wellness budget that will cover her spay procedure, microchip, all the basics. We'll get 80% of our money back off the top. Well, just sent in my first claim and within days I'm already getting a check back. They responded quickly with emails updating me and even told me to "give Finley a belly rub from the Embrace team". Nice touch. Very pleased.

Fast Turnaround For Claim Payments

I've had Embrace for 2+ years and they have been fantastic! I used 2 companies prior to going with Embrace and those other insurance companaies don't even come close to the timeliness of coverage reimbursements and their customer service. My Great Danes love Embrace too!

I respect this comoany very much.

Ive had many dogs in my life, currently 2 beagles and a lab pup.The beagles were the first i ever insured, but was never happy with them, so when we got Gibson I did alot of research and read every review I could! That research led me to Embrace,and with my first claim for his neuter I can say I am very pleased and satisfied with my choice!

Great customer service

Our dogs both had their annual shots. Embrace was very responsive on our claims for both and was very clear on what we can expect. Very responsive customer service.

Good Coverage

My Pup fell on ice and hurt both her knees. Claims were submitted to Embrace on 2/12/14 and check received on 3/21/14. This time included obtaining more in-depth information from the Veterinarian.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
