Great Overall Experience
I am not typicaly someone who submits reviews, but in this instance, the performance of Embrace and the overall positive experience warrants 10 minutes of my time. As a new pet owner, I was leary about purchasing health insurance for our puppy. My comparitive research with other insurers led me to Embrace. The onboarding process was seamless and their claims processing and timeliness is commendable. Our dog has been in and out of vets for the last six months and we have submitted no less than 20 claims, totaling more than $10,000. I have never spoken to an Embrace agent or been questioned on any care provided to our dog, despite a blood transfusion, extended stays at animal hospitals, and other expensive procedures. The claims process is all electronic. We are notified via email when the claim is received, when it is processed and finally, when payment is sent. I would highly recommend Embrace for any pet owner considering insurance.
