Great company....initial claim was partially paid. Upon discussions Embrace reversed their earlier decision and paid the entire amount in my favor. This showed a flexiblity and common sense approach that overcame what might have been a bureaucratic headache. Kudo's and high marks. Rating would have been a 10 if claim was resolved a little faster.....may have been delayed with the holiday tho.

Embrace was highest rated on a consumer website so I got coverage in order to have peace of mind should I ever be faced with a huge bill particularly for surgery. Initially I was getting a bit frustrated as it seemed a lot of little things weren't covered (minor ear and skin issues that had been noted in my dog's medical history) but then he exhibited lameness in his rear legs and I got the diagnosis of torn ACLs which is very common for the breed I hear. Thankfully I had met my deductible for the year so the procedure was covered at 80%. This set me at ease so I could focus on his recovery, not the stress of owing money!

We have had several claims and our vet files Embrace directly, which is so very helpful. Embrace is quick, very responsive to questions and covers what they say they will cover. Very impressed so far!

First time with insurance for our cat Monsieur and I was hesitant but decided to go with it. After thinking of maybe dropping it I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reimbursement check for half of what his tests amounted to! I will surely recommend Embrace to my former husband so he can purchase for his any my daughter's dog. Really worth it and thanks to all.
