These guys are great. They are proactive and make the process simple and friendly for getting your claim paid FAST. Zoe is now a healthy dog without a financial burden. Best decision was going with embrace. Never had pet insurance before, but will always use embrace!

I am very grateful to Embrace Pet Insurance in general - and to the customer-service claims Embracers. Amanda Collins acted so speedily and thoroughly on my most recent illness claim for one of my cats. However, being a lower-income person, a disabled senior, I wish I could afford to have a lower deductible. It's disheartening to have that $500 deductible amount, in terms of some of the ongoing health issues my rescued special-needs kitty is bound to have. That's just my life at this point. But at least the Wellness part of my pet insurance for that same kitty, for special diet food, is a big help throughout the year.

Real people behind real time reponses to inquiries and claims! I can't be happier with my puppy's insurance coverage with them so far in the past two weeks. They are thorough and professional as well being personable! A real joy to be their customer.

I have had to use our Embrace insurance policy several times over the last two years. The company handles the claims quickly and has yet to let me down. If you follow their guidelines about providing all veterinary notes for your pets, it will speed up the process. I highly recommend this company!
