Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Shih-tzu's diagnosis of advanced liver disease--and prognosis of mere months to live--was very upsetting. But, thanks to EMBRACE, and their no-hassle, prompt processing of claims, my family and I didn't hesitate to get our pup the very best specialized care available. Now, taking 6 Rx meds each day, our little guy is defying the odds and dazzling the vet with his improbable comeback. We are managing the disease only because EMBRACE makes that affordable. And, with friendly, compassionate customer service, they make it pleasant, too.

Our first frenchie has Trupanion, but premiums increased substantially for our Puppy. So we turned to Embrace and we are so thankful we did. Our 6 month old Frenchie pup broke his tibia in a freak accident and Embrace was there immediately. After the $300 deductible they literally covered 90% of the accident. Not sure what we would have done had we not had them considering the accident cost was upwards of 6k. The one caveat is you have to be able to float everything up front. The first reimbursement took about a month, but then they started rolling in about 2/3 weeks.

We adopted two puppies this March, turns out one of our girls has an autoimmune disorder. Thanks to Embrace we have been able to get her the care she needs!

My Ginger was a rescue, she was a small pup in an area in LA called Antelope Valley. She was a six week old pup and just a ball of fluff. She is adorable. She also has a few problems, popped her knee, at three and developed allergies. Now that she is 7, she is doing really well. She has some physcal problems and Embrace has been there every bit of the way. I could care less about how much I am getting reimbursed, what is important to me, is the policy is transparent. I walk around and try to get everyone to sign up, pass out cards all the time, because so many other policy holders of other programs don't know what they are insured for... Just saying! And, this is not my first pup with Embrace!!!

My little dog Tyra had come down with pneumonia and required around the clock care at an emergency hospital. Thanks to Embrace insurance a large part of the medical cost were covered. I compared all the pet insurance plans and selected Embrace as being a good balance of cost and coverage. I couldn't have made a better choice then to go with Embrace.
