Excellent service, prompt and friendly with follow

We have had several claims and our vet files Embrace directly, which is so very helpful. Embrace is quick, very responsive to questions and covers what they say they will cover. Very impressed so far!

Embracing Embrace!

First time with insurance for our cat Monsieur and I was hesitant but decided to go with it. After thinking of maybe dropping it I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reimbursement check for half of what his tests amounted to! I will surely recommend Embrace to my former husband so he can purchase for his any my daughter's dog. Really worth it and thanks to all.

Great Service!

Embrace is the first pet insurance company we have tried. It was recommended by our breeder. We are very pleased with their service. They are prompt with the claims analysis and payments. And, I must say they are the most cheerful insurance company I have dealt with! Belly rubs to Embrace.They have some quirky rules about not treating the same illness within a year, which we have had got caught up in, otherwise, I would give them a 10.

Loving Embrace

No its not the title to a seedy novel! We are really loving having Embrace insurance. My little pup had some problems last year and after deductible was met Embrace did their part and have paid 80% of the recent bills. My mom and her dog just moved in with us and we have decided to look into getting him insured also. Thank you Embrace

So far So good

I insured my dog Margaret with Embrace; it was the first dog I ever insured. We had no claims for the first year and a half. Starting last fall, she developed some problems and so far all claims were accepted and we were reimbursed quickly. Thus far, we are very pleased with their service.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
