Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog recently caught an intestinal parasite while at a boarding facility and became very sick. Embrace declined coverage of his treatments because he had diarrhea 2 years ago and is considered a pre-existing condition. So any illness he develops that has diarrhea symptoms will not be covered because he had diarrhea on occasion 2 years ago? This policy is a waste of money and I am going to cancel it.

I am extremely happy about the conscientious concern that members of the Embrace team took with my first claim for Cory, my sweet 13-year-old cat. Albeit, it was just a claim for a wellness exam, but I was impressed with the swift acknowledgment of receipt of the claim and the quick positive response. I feel relieved about my decision to enroll my two senior kitties with Embrace. I'll be telling my friends that Embrace staff truly care!

Embrace is awesome! It was recommended to me by a fellow Frenchie owner, and they have been super friendly and informative with any questions I have had. There claim process is a breeze and their turn around time is quick. Overall just great!

We have had good luck with our very healthy lab, Oliver. He is now 5 yrs. and this year is the first time I had to file any claims, unfortunately, we had to file two claims. One was earlier in the year for an unexpected surgery due to a lump that was thought to be cancerous and just recently, for an unexpected minor injury. Embrace was right on top of both claims and we have received reimbursement quickly. This insurance is such a blessing! My husband has been laid off for the past year and a half. We really were nervous about being able to afford the appropriate care that Oliver needed. Embrace has definitely taken that worry off our backs!

Embrace has taken excellent care of our 10 yr. old Mastiff mix dog Jack since we rescued him at age 1. He has had several major life threatening problems along the way and we would not have been able to afford his medical bills without Embrace. He is the very BEST dog we have ever owned and love him with all our hearts. As retired seniors now we are enjoying old age with our sweet senior Jack. THANK YOU EMBRACE!
