Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our family friend (some call him a dog) tore his crucial ligament and required surgery. I sent a claim form into Embrace to get pre-approved and received approval back extremely fast. The surgery was completed on 9/4/2015 and I submitted the claim form on 9/5/2015. I received the check for reimbursement on 9/14/2015.This $3000 surgery cost me less than $1000 out-of-pocket thanks to Embrace.

I have never had insurance on a pet before however I recently got a french bulldog and I know they are sometimes prone to health issues so I thought it would be a good idea. I am so grateful and relieved that I did decide to have my pet covered by embrace. Any instance that we have ever encountered my claims have been covered by my policy including breed specific conditions. All of the staff members I have encountered have always been friendly and extremely helpful. I have never had any issues, I am very satisfied and happy with the care I receive from embrace. The claims I have needed to be covered have been processed and reviewed by embrace very quickly (within a 1-2weeks). I recently got my pet neutered which was not covered by my plan and I was aware of that when purchasing his coverage, however the medications such as his antibiotics and anesthesia were covered with his policy, i received my check within 2 weeks of submitting the claim. He also had a breed specific condition which was referred to as brachycephalic, he had an elongated palate, this was also covered with his plan as a breed specific condition no questions asked.

I Love Embrace..they are extremely easy to work with. Whenever I call with questions, I always get a representative right away and they are very helpful and great to work with. I get my claim back quickly and it is always more than I expected. I recommend Embrace to everyone I know with a pet.

I have been with Embrace pet insurance for almost half a year and filed 3 claims. I got my reimbursements very quickly. Before I purchased this pet insurance, I searched all the good-reviewed pet insurance. It seemed that Embrace has a generous policy and the monthly charge is more affordable. After being with it for half a year, I did not regret at all. Just one quick tip: buy the Rx coverage. I did not buy the Rx coverage but I added it later.
