Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My great pyrenee was attacked by two German sheapered on the lose and was bitten by the eye and flank. We took him to emergency who took care of the dog and filed our claim with embrace. That was it! A few weeks later our check was in the mail. Easy and fast.

Jewel was sick and required x-Ray and urine test which cost over $400. In addition my dog required a follow up test costing extra expense. Embrace insurance paid and processed my claim and was reimbursed in a short amount of time without hassle.

I selected embrace because of its affiliation with USAA insurance Needless to say my opinion of USAA decreased I really don't care that USAA is a military affiliated company they didn't do me no good. By steering me to embrace Before you get into any health insurance plan for your pet send that company the pet records within the cancellation period. And ask them to tell you which they consider pre-existing that they will not cover in the future. Let them tell you upfront before they start taking your money then telling you the Bad news after you paid for the plan for a few months Not recommended

Our experiences with Embrace have always been first rate. They do what they say they will, are always prompt and easy to work with, and are superb in communication and follow-up. If only they covered humans... ; - )

I have been with Embrace for 2yrs now and have filed maybe 2-3 claims a year for heart worm meds. Yearly check ups and maybe 3 incident claims. They have been very professional and are quick with the reimbursements. I recommend them to everyone that I talk to about pet insurance. My recent claim was for an infection of the mandibular salivary gland and Charlie had to be put on antibiotics. 80% reimbursement.
