Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our dog had to have shoulder surgery when he was under 1 year old. Thanks to Embrace, the cost of this surgery did not have to be a huge stress for us. Embrace has helped us give him the care he's needed not only for surgery, but also recovery. Bentley still has physical therapy and after our vet submits the claim form, we receive our checks very promptly. No follow-up needed, we get our checks without any hassle...it's very easy!

It's true. No hassles about the price you paid for a service. They reimburse me 90% of what I pay -- not the standard "negotiated reasonable" I use a vet who is very inexpensive, so I am sure Embrace appreciates that, but it's nice to know that Embrace does what they say. If I have to go to an expensive ER they have paid the same 90% rate in the past. They are always prompt processing claims and are great on the phone to explain the claims themselves. I've been with them 3 years now and would never change!! They are great! In fact, my vet now has a stack of Embrace brochures -- I think they are sold too.

We are grateful to Embrace for support provided in a health crisis that developed suddenly for our Bernese Aya. She started to have issues at the begining of October and by mid-October she was seriously ill. We have taken her to the vet who ordered a number of tests to diagnose a problem. She soon needed to stay at the vet hospital to give a fighting chance to get better. We were able to do that knowing that we have Embrace insurance. Aya didnot make it -- she died of cancer two weeks after she was diagnosed. Even though it has been an incredible loss for us, we know that we have done all that was reasonable to do to try to save her life. And Embrace was big part of this battle. We were not sure how much of expense will be covered. Embrace handled the bills promtly, courtiously and covered about 65% of the costs. It made a big difference. Thank you.

My cat's wellness medical exam and vaccine was fully covered within a week, no questions asked. Embrace is the best pet insurance all cat owners should have for worry fee wellness and sickness coverage. I am very happy with the service.

The review and process time for claim processing and reimbursement has definitely improved in the last year.I have a policy on both of my beagles including wellness care. Have to had to use them several times now and was glad I had this coverage. The service has been excellent. I am one happy customer..!
