Mario, diagnosed tumor on rear leg. Upon healing and bandage removal another tumor found on anal gland, first biopsy negative. Second surgery was a little rougher due to him being diabetic and so close to first. Embrace handled all claims expediently and delivered everything advertised and more.

I have 3 great Danes, and have had Embrace for over 5 years now. They have always paid claims quickly and efficiently. They cover alternative care without the purchase of an additional rider. They cover office visits. I am a vet tech and I have seen some of the hassles people have with other insurance companies. Beware of plans that do not cover office visits. Often the OV or consult fee at a specialist is the biggest part of your bill. And not only do these companies not cover it, the cost of the office visit does not go towards your deductible. So you have to spend much more than the deductible before they begin to pay. Embrace also pays based on actual costs, not some arbitrary fee schedule. This is very important when comparing policies. Based on a fee schedule, you may get 50% or less of your actual costs, even if you have a 80% policy. Embrace has the best customer service ever. It is easy to get to a real person. Hold times are minimal. Their employees are compassionate and knowledgeable. They are the best!
