Would never go without

For the second time in 11 months I was faced with huge bills for my young dog's surgery and complications. I practically had the reimbursement check before his staples came out!

Flawless Performance. Every single time.

I'm a veterinarian and I got a policy for my dog w/ Embrace after getting in touch with one of their reps who was great at going over all of the details I had questions about.I needed the insurance twice and every time they acted very promptly and with the highest professionalism all while manifesting sincere empathy. outstanding company

Our oldest cat, probably 12 or 13, has been treated for some arthritis in her spine this year by our holistic vet. She was pain-free very quickly and has been on a maintenance schedule. She's playing with our younger three cats like a kitten again. Embrace has covered her treatment per our contract quickly, and has kept us informed about the claims process via email. This vet and our regular vet recommended Embrace several years ago and we have been very happy with the company. Customer service has been excellent.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
