Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Greetings,I don't often write reviews, but feel obligated to communicate the great service and follow up at Embrace. We were just notified that our reimbursement check should have come in the mail and asked if we needed further assistance. After a quick question back to Laura, she responded immediately with answers. Thank you-

I had my pet in for vaccinations and welfare check. I filed my claim by fax on 7/6/15 and the reimbursement was issued and in my checking account, via direct deposit, on 7/13/15.

I am so happy we enrolled our puppy with Embrace - they are fast, efficient and always quick to respond to any questions we have. Thanks so much!Q Britt

After years of spending literally 10's of thousands of dollars on my fur babies, I finally smartened up and got insurance on my dogs as soon as I adopted them. After my "good dog" got sick and I discovered he had eaten many plastic bags, I finally put this insurance to the test. My dog had to have a barium study and an endoscopy to retrieve another bag still in his stomach! I will say I am quite please. After my deductible, all I had to pay was 20% of the bill. This amounted to almost $1500 of a $1900 bill! I highly recommend this insurance to anyone who wants to be able to provide veterinary care to their sick or injured pet.

I was very concerned when our an obstruction was discovered in the intestines of our 10-month-old Cairn Terrier. Of course I was concerned about the health of the puppy we love, but I was also concerned about the costs associated with his medical care--especially because we had only recently taken out our pet insurance policy with Embrace. Turns out I didn't need to be concerned. Our pup is fully recovered and Embrace promptly covered most of the expenses. Because I am retired and living on a fixed income, it's very comforting to know that Embrace has my back when it comes to the care our our pet.
