Great Experience

Our cat had an ongoing issue with a UTI and then foreign material ingestion. We felt comfortable knowing we could bring her to an emergency vet and not have thousands of dollar in vet bills because of our coverage we have with Embrace! After we paid the deductible, (that we were able to choose ourselves when signing up) they promptly deposited our refund into my bank account and we didnt have to wait for a check. Very easy process!

Fast/Accurate Claims Processing

Amazing

After losing our Golden Retreiver to cancer and paying a bill in the thousands, we decided to get pet insurance when we got our new black lab puppy. In her first 8 months of life, she has been at the Emergency Vet 2 times. Embrace Insurance has come to our aid both times. The claim process was simple and no questions asked. Response time was amazingly fast and the refund was more than we expected.Thank You

Rough start, but okay now

It took them awhile to process my claim once my vet sent the info they requested, but after a couple of emails asking what was going on, they've been paying fine.

So thankful we decided to go with Embrace!

Having had 2 Bulldogs in the past and knowing their history of health problems, we decided to go with Embrace. And there isn't a day that goes by that we aren't glad we did!Embrace is customer friendly, they process claims expeditiously and are there to help answer any questions you have. Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
