Great experience!

Our ten month old golden retriever decided to eat a bone whole. The claims process was easy and timely. They even went as far as to contact our vet for us to request the necessary documentation to expedite the process. I highly recommend this service to all pet owners.

Persistence Pays Off

If your claim gets denied in general, not only pet insurance, other products from stores to online purchases,ask to speak with a supervisor or a manager. In my case our dog Sandy fell and tore her ACL. I spoke with Darcy a great supervisor and with my persistence my claim was settled,I am talking couple thousand dollars. Embrace with the help of Darcy i give them an A+ and i got 3 friends to join Embrace. Thank You so much Darcy..

Thankful I got insurance and glad I chose Embrace

My experience with Embrace has been very professional and the clarity of their claims are remarkable. I have filed 2 claims for my Rottweiler that have been addressed promptly. I am very glad I have pet insurance for peace of mind and Embrace made that happened.

Lightning fast claim processing...!!

I took my cat Socrates to the vet for his regular check-up and a nail trim. He is so uncooperative that he has to be sedated for the nail trim (he's a big boy, 19 lbs and stronger than me!) He also had periodic blood work done and I turned in a claim for the Wellness side of my Embrace policy on Saturday. I was notified that the entire $142 was covered and that the claim was complete. I'm just waiting for the $142 to show up in my bank account. It doesn't get any better than that!

Some good...some bad

I am glad to say that you finally have my email address correct so that you don't have to send them to my phone. Please do not send them to my phone...ONLY to my email which is heyjude12541@aol.com. However I still cannot get in with my user name which is: Judy Gustafson and the error message keep coming up even now after speaking with your representatives several times on Tues. Nov 6, 2015. Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
