Severe eye trauma, covered!

We have been with Embrace for 2 1/2 years and have again realized how very valuable this coverage is . Our schnauzer had an ulcer in her eye and we are in Florida but our vet is in Massachusetts . We visited a vet emergency clinic twice and then head to see a fit ophthalmologist twice before we got her eye to heal . All four visits are covered under the insurance and all four were paid . Having this insurance allows us to take excellent care of our dog because we know we're going to get most of it reimbursed .

Wonderful service and caring staff

I've had other insurance companies for my animals through the years and embrace have been amazing. This has been the greatest insurance experience I've ever had. The go out of their way to complete claims and always ask about our fur babies. They were amazing when our year old puppy passed away and even sent a very sincere condolence. Pretty much everything has been covered and no surprises. Thank you so much.

Worthwhile pet insurance

This is our third year with Embrace insurance for our dog and we feel it's been worthwhile. You meet your yearly deductible and after that they pay 80 percent of vet bill. Our vet submits the bills and we get reimbursed within a couple of weeks. They seem fair and easy to deal with. Also, Embrace has a wellness policy that you can add that helps pay for routine health issues like teeth cleaning, flea and heartworm medicine, etc.We used Petplan in the past but you had to reach the deductible for each illness, not just once per year. It seemed we never finished meeting deductibles.

Embrace Pet Insurance

I have had zero issues with Embrace. Filing claims for wellness is simple, and the processing time is quick. Very easy to use and great customer service. I did a lot of research before picking a company. I chose Embrace for the fact that they provide both insurance and wellness plans at an affordable cost, due to the fact that you can adjust your plan to what you want.

Customer service at it's best

this was my first time making a claim after having the insurance for 2years had a few issues getting my online account up dated due to mixup with my email address, but when I called customer service line everyone I spoke to was willing to do what ever was needed to correct the problem. Although it took a few days to correct the issue I was kept informed of the progress. I do have to say it was very important to me to speak to someone who actually spoke and understood english.I originally got the insurance for major medical bills with my two Labrador Retrievers hoping I would never need to use it, but was good to know it was there when I needed it for an abdominal obstruction for my 2 year old Labrador.
