Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Being good pet owners, we took our Newest rescue to the vet to check on some concerns. Luckily they all turned out to be nothing. Sadly, Embrace used the visit to exclude everything we had checked. Very disappointing from a company we have had good coverage from in the past.

So far I have yet to get any information on my claims. I have jumped through every hoop in providing information about my puppy, his history, and repeating the process via my vet. I'm still waiting to get information on my claims, although I have wellness and illness. This is ridiculous.

Embrace agreed to remove an exclusion on my dog's file once I provided documentation from my vet that proved the condition/concern was unwarranted. I appreciate that they were willing to take new data and change their exclusion when given logical information that warranted the change.

I have had Embrace a few years now and have always been glad I chose them based on coverage, customer service and turn around time. However, most recently I received a reimbursement check that was damaged in the mail. I was afraid they might give me a hard time to reissue a new. On the contrary they were very nice and have reissued one right away.

Embrace is the 3rd pet insurance plan I have tried. I work in the pet industry and talk to a lot of pet owners and I now recommend Embrace to everyone. After frustration with past insurance plans I stumbled on Embrace. They are fantastic! With 2 large breed dogs (aged 8 & 9), Embrace covers exactly what they say they will! No arguments, no having to prove the cost for my area, no getting a second estimate from another local vet (all things I've had to do in the past with other companies). They make it easy and totally worth the cost of the premium. I will never go anywhere else! THANK YOU EMBRACE!
