Unsatisfied again

So far, every claim we have submitted has been denied. Claims have even been deleted for no reason. Very unhappy with the service. I only gave it two stars because they respond quickly, just never with what you want to hear. It seems like nothing is ever covered.

I highly recommend Embrace!

I highly recommend Embrace pet insurance! They have fully covered every claim I've submitted for my dog's cancer surgery and follow-up treatment over the past 6 weeks (90% after our $1000 deductible). Not only that - they are covering these claims FAST - seriously, within a week of submitting each invoice, the reimbursement is auto-deposited in my checking account. Their website is also very user-friendly. Embrace has been a bright spot at a time that has been so devastating for our family in knowing that we will be saying goodbye to our beautiful, perfect dog, most likely in the coming year. This is exactly what pet insurance should be, and Embrace has lived up to this high standard.

Great Experience! Easy to Submit Claims!

I've always had great experience when submitting any claims. Many different options for pricing that is very affordable in my opinion compared to other pet insurance companies. I use the wellness plan along with my standard policy. I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for their fur baby!

We had an accident and injured a leg. The process for submitting claims is really easy and the speed of the refund approval was within an hour and funds deposited the next day! This has been out experience with all of the recheck invoices as well.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
