Embrace is truly there when you need it

I have been an embrace customer for 4 years now, I have two large breed dogs. Many people ask me about pet insurance, I only have one word as a reply "Embrace". They simply are professional and reliable. They are reasonably priced and do not nitpick claims. They cover what they say they cover, there are no games. Their coverage gave me the ability to save my dog's life without having to worry about the economics of pet ownership.

So Easy To Work With!

My dog has seizures and is on a lot of medicine. I find Embrace so easy to work with and so prompt with their communication.

You pay and when you need them they don't!

We have had our dog insured for the past three years. In that time we used it for a hot spot that Embrace called dermatitis. Last month she had two ear infections and we were denied coverage due to a pre-existing condition! Really? They said that dermatitis sometimes causes ear infections. A hot spot and ear infection? I called and asked and they wouldn't do anything or take a second look. We had no other choice but to cancel our policy. I submitted bills for close to $1000 and received $164 back.

Embrace Insurance has been very easy and clear to work with. Embrace was highly recommended by other dog parents and I have not been disappointed. It is easy to get a knowledgeable and friendly representative on the phone and turnaround time for questions is fast. All of our claims have been covered and any issues that may not be covered in the future were clearly described to us. Embrace has exceeded our expectations!

Best insurance

All my 4 kitties have been covered by Embrace for over 7 yrs now. Unfortunately 2 of them have been dealing with serious health issues ( cancer and kidney failure ). I dont know how we would have been able to offer them the best treatment possible if it wasn't for Embrace. Their policies are very clear and easy to understand, claim submission easy and processing time very reasonable ( up to 10 days). Their coverage is excellent.Customer service staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
