Have 2 dogs covered under Embrace Pet Insurance-have yet to be disappointed.

Have had one dog insured for about 6 1/2yrs and another for 3 1/2yrs. While no major claims, each claim has been handled professionally. I get an email once they receive the claim and a follow up once claim has been approved. The last claim filed took approximately 2 wks to receive reimbursement!

Dissapointing

Our pet was placed on an antibiotic and a steroid for a severe ear infection. Embrace conveniently used a pre-existing skin condition to deny coverage. We are only thankful that we discovered Embraces lack of effort to cover with an earache verses a life-threatening disease. We will choose more wisely a different pet insurance company for our Molly at the next premium due date.

Outstanding resolution of confusing claims

Recently had to call Embrace and spoke to Christine Batten about my dog, Bear. Bear has had a lot of claims this past year and I was confused about several intertwining ones. Christine was extremely helpful and went out of her way to resolve this. It was such a delight to work with her - kudos to Christine and Embrace.
