Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

They used to be super great prices were reasonable but suddenly $100 increase on one dog after my other dog passed away. The started punishing me for having used the insurance. They claim its new state writings but i call BS. My dog is 8 years old and insurance for just her is $200 a month. If i were you i would check with trupanion instead. I cant switch because my dog had pre existing conditions but if i could i would. I also will not ever use this company again for my cat or any other animal that becomes part of my family.

I almost never write reviews but I felt I needed to share this one since I've had nothing but positive experiences with Embrace for both of our kitties. Signing up was easy and what I like the most is how easy it is to submit a claim. Not to mention how quickly the reimbursement is processed. I am very happy with our decision to get insurance for our boys because now we don't have to decide whether to get a costly procedure or not due to finances. Our boys' health will always come first and this service gives us peace of mind with no hassles as of yet. Truly a wise decision if you are taking your pets in for regular checkups, vaccines, surgeries, etc. The money adds up and this puts a little bit back into your pocket. Thank you for providing us with wonderful service and peace of mind.

This was the 1st time I filed a claim and I'm very satisfied. Took almost 3 months because my vet had not submitted the information of the 12 months prior to insuring my pet in a timely basis but in the end I received the refund I was entitled to. Had occasion to speak with the staff and I'm pleased to say they were all courteous, informative and attentive.
