Nice, Knowledgeable, and Flexible
It was very easy to submit a claim, and when I messed up and did not quite do things the way they intended, I was helped and walked through how to remedy the situation. All over email, which I appreciate because I do not like talking over the phone. They also processed my reimbursements within 24 hours of claim approval. Overall very nice, and great process, and employees.
