So happy I got insurance when I did
I was so happy I had a healthy bulldog but I was still worried something might happen and I would end up spending my savings if he ever got hurt so i signed up for Embrace. I am so happy I did. My little boy tore a ligament about 9months after I got the insurance and Embrace helped so much. They made me feel like they cared about his health and they worked very well with my vets. They reimbursed me for 80% of the costs of his 2 surgeries after my deductible. and I received the checks fairly quickly. It was great because since I had insurance I never had to decided if I could afford to give my dog the care he needed.

Shaky start with Embrace but I am completely satisfied with the plan for my two pups.
I have a 1 yr old and 9 yr old Labrador Retrievers. When I bought the younger pup, I reviewed several pet insurance policies and chose to enroll my dogs in Embrace. The primary reason I chose Embrace is they cover both Wellness and Accident/Illness protection. I was disappointed with some of the temporary and permanent exclusions but understand the reasoning for these. Jasper,, my older lab, developed an ear infection that spread to his eye. The treatment and medicines have been costly. Additionally he had his wellness exam which included his Heartguard shot. Embrace covered all of these claims and with direct deposit set up, they payed is in a very timely manner. I would recommend Embrace to other pet owners. The cost is well worth it when you have illnesses or injuries arise with your per. Good job Embrace (except for the exclusions...)

Amazing Coverage and Service
I have had Embrace insurance for my sweet kitty, Malee, for three years, which I purchased two months after we rescued her. They have been amazing in covering claims, mainly her allergy testing, and the acupuncture and the tea pills that my Vet prescribes to help manage her many environmental allergies. My Veterinarian keeps a claim form on file, and they immediately file for me after each visit, and Embrace is quick to respond and deposit the 80% I chose right into my bank account. I am very pleased with their service and ease in handling claims. A great company if you are looking for insurance to protect your pet !

Continue to be pleased with Embrace
I continue to be so happy that I "found" Embrace Pet Insurance!
Our claim for having a number of our dog's teeth extracted was processed very quickly and I am grateful for that because what I was anticipating as a teeth cleaning ended up being a more expensive visit to the vet. In less than I week I have been reimbursed! Thank you Embrace!
I have told my friends with pets about Embrace and how happy we are. One visit and the insurance and wellness policies have paid for themselves!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
