Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for over 4 years and they are awesome! They pay claims as stated in their policy; we've never been denied a claim for a covered service. Also the claim and reimbursement process is very easy and quick. We currently have the accident and illness policy along with the wellness policy. We've been very happy and will continue to keep policies on our pets through them!

Appreciate this good insurance and quick response

Knowing her potential for acrobatics and high activity level, our Aussie pup Ripley has been Embraced since the day she came home with us three years, at 8 weeks old. I never expected her major claim would be for a dental injury. Playing with her brother, she had a hold of his collar and caught her molar on the metal D-ring, breaking it all the way to the root line. Embrace covered the initial consult with the local vet as well as the oral surgery with a board-certified veterinary dental specialist. Being able to get her the best care and knowing Embrace would cover the surgery provided tremendous peace of mind. I was impressed with Embrace's prompt and helpful customer service as well as their payment of all covered expenses exactly as outlined in my coverage documents. There were no surprises. I received my reimbursement much faster than expected. I cannot recommend Embrace highly enough and both my Aussies will be Embraced for life!

Happy with coverage provided in a timely manner, however, not happy with the increased premium.

Once again, Embrace has made me so grateful I have them in my corner. Whenever I get a huge vet bill, which thankfully isn’t often, I always breath easy knowing that I’ll get a reimbursement from my pet insurance. Not only that, but they always address my pet by name and give well wishes to my pet. It’s just a nice touch. I can’t say enough about Embrace and I’ve recommeded them to many friends who feel the same.
