I love Embrace Pet Insurance and would and have recommended Embrace Pet Insurance to other furry four legged parents

We are very happy with Embrace Pet Insurance not only they way that you help with our pet's needs but also the customer service. When I call with a question the representatives are always very helpful and understanding if I do not understand something with our policy. They are courteous and patient, I don't know if we would be able to take care of our dog Holly in the way that she needs if we didn't have Embrace Pet Insurance's help. I know everything is going up in cost, I hope and wish that you will keep in mind us pet owners when you have to raise the rates, because some of us would love to keep Embrace Pet Insurance as part of our family.

Relief during trying times.

Pets get sick like humans. When they get catastrophic diseases that are not only scary but very expensive to treat it is a great relief to know insurances like Embrace are there to help. My dog has lymphoma and I could not afford treatment without their insurance on my own. He is doing well. Pet insurance brings you much stress relief during trying times. They have been very caring, professional and timely in their responses. Bless them. If you have a pet it is like having kids. They need to be financially covered medically for the unknown ahead. It benefits you and your pet.

Claim was handled expeditiously, fairly and with a very complete, understandable written explanation.

Without the written explanation of the breakout of parts of the claim, I would have had to get a telephonic or added written paperwork...as professionally written by Ms Debbie Lombardo, RVT, I had no cause to nitpick or otherwise need any further discussion. Overall, I would like to commend EMBRACE for the entire process of the claim admin, and your staff.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
