I have my two doggy babies with MY EMBRACE insurance. I have had great customer support over the phone, email, and online. They were very caring, polite, and knowledgeable. Both of my cats got sick, within only 2 weeks of each other with completely different illness. They both had dehydration and lethargy. One also had vomiting. My other baby had eye infection, consistent sneezing, coughing, bad mucus, unable to eat, high fever. Dr. Cornello was Wonderful!! So patient with my questions and concerns. She was able to help me know what I needed to do, so that both of my babies were able to come home, and not need a hospital stay. They called to follow-up and when I called to speak with the, about additional concerns, she got right back to me. I will not let anyone else take care of my cats! The staff shows a caring approach and are always so helpful. Dr. Cornello is the best!!!!

They stood behind what they preached. Our 9 month old puppy suffered a blow to the head from one of our horses. We would up loosing him after he was in a coma for 48 hours. No questions asked after we submitted the claim. Received a check in the mail and a sincere email for out loss of our friend. We miss our puppy a ton and when the time is right our next pup will have the same insurance.
