Would no recommend! The company did not stand by the price…
The company did not stand by the price quote I was originally given, and didn’t give me enough notice of the price change for me to discuss the situation, because their customer service response wasn’t timely. I enrolled my dog as a mixed breed because she is a mixed breed. Embrace doubled my monthly rate because in one area on a vet’s paperwork they mentioned Frenchie mix, one page said Boston Terrier mix, and one said Frenchton. They wrote to tell me that my rate was doubling because I have a Frenchie mix. I feel like I was a victim of a bait and switch, and believe I deserved to be refunded for the two months I paid on a policy that they were no longer honoring. They took advantage of me, and now my puppy and I have to start over with a new company’s waiting period. I would NOT recommend Embrace to anyone. Beyond all of this, the response time was horrendous, which makes me think you would wait forever for a claim to be reimbursed.
