Save your money
We have been going back and forth with Embrace regarding our puppy's first claims due to him ingesting my husband's wedding band since July. We filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I just got a notification this morning (we filed the complaint yesterday) that they are reviewing his medical history and it could take up to another 30 days for them to decide whether or not they will cover the claims. For the record my dog was not born with my husband's wedding band in his stomach in case that needed to be clarified.

Being "Embraced" is the best!
Darcy was amazing. She was able to walk me through every option in the policy and explain in great depth the pros and cons of the various policies. I was able to confidently select what policies were best for my dogs. I am beyond satisfied with this company and look forward to staying "embraced" for many years to come.

Outstanding service! A fantastic pet insurance company! Excellent customer support from beginning to end of the process. I have had a great experience with the Embrace team, and I would recommend their service unreservedly.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
