Will stick with them

Response time is great. I really cannot complain about much except for two things: 1) They appear to be inconsistent regarding what a pre-existing condition is. Sometimes covered; sometimes not. Frustrating. 2) Our vet sent them our dog's complete medical history but they seemed to lose it. I had to re-send it to them myself. This should not happen. Once they got it (and they've received this before) they did act quickly. Again, cannot really complain as their customer service seems to be very good and their coverage, while not quite as extensive as I was hoping, is good, we'll stick with them for a long, long time.

Embrace Pet insurance claims process

Embrace Pet insurance claims process is very easy and user friendly. I am usually able to submit my claims and have them processed within 1 week.

Embrace Pet Insurance is by far one of…

Embrace Pet Insurance is by far one of the most shady companies that I have done business with. They have found a way to deny claims for a puppy that I have based on a previous condition of parasites, which is common for most puppies. My puppy has been treated and cleared of any worm or other parasites, but still has GI issues causing diarrhea and Embrace has denied both of my claims so far for a "pre-existing condition". After speaking with their claims analysts, there is zero concern for the customer or for the pet and the only concern that the adjustors have is whether they can find a way to deny the claim. Because they are denying claims for something as minor as GI upset, I have zero confidence that this company would be in my corner if something more severe were to happen to either of my dogs. Instead of helping, they would find a way to deny the claims so that not only am I paying for the full vet bill, but also wasting money on monthly insurance payments.

At first my coverage was great and…

At first my coverage was great and affordable. However, I moved and my premium went up $60. Someone was supposed to call me to go over this change but no one did. Now my policy is up for renewal and it’s more than doubling my original premium price from last year. I also just got an email that it’s planning to go up another 11.84%. When I called to talk to someone they said I could get worse coverage if I wanted a better price. When I signed up, it said that the annual price would go up 25-30% per year but this has been an over 50% increase and I can’t get a manager on the phone to go over it.
