Outstanding company
Our dogs and cats have been insured by Embrace for over a decade. We currently have a senior lab/husky, one cat who is astonishingly the queen of the house at 20, and three other cats. Embrace has insured other animals in the past, including a dog who we recently lost after an extremely difficult year.
Embrace has been an essential partner in insuring that our four-legged family receives excellent medical care. This company offers a choice in coverage and deductible. We did not opt for the wellness coverage. The traditional coverage also includes acupuncture, chiropractic, and integrative medicine care, all of which are increasingly mainstream and very effective care.
The Embrace website is clear and very easy to use. Phone calls have always been answered by friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate representatives who quickly respond to questions and obviously love animals. Email provides the same excellent service.
Invoices are very easy to submit either via email, fax, mail, or a phone app. I use the phone app exclusively now unless Embrace has a question that requires an email response. Like the website, the app is easy to use and there’s an acknowledgement of receipt within a day. Claims are processed quickly and reimbursements are made via direct deposit to our checking account within a few days.
