The worst pet insurance company you can deal with

The worst pet insurance company you can ever find. Be aware, they will not pay your claim and they will simply steal your premiums and when the ptime comes for them to honor their obligations under the policy, first they will take weeks or even months to process the claim and when you ask why is taking such long time they would say the claim still under review. They do that so they can keep charging their premiums for as long as they can because they know at the end when they don’t honor paying the claim, the customer would definitely leave them so they do this strategy to collect as much premiums from you before you leave. This company should be investigated by the the consumer affairs or even by the attorney general for their deceitful practice and defrauding their customers. This is my warning so you don’t get deceived like me.

Concern about Per Se "Pre Existing Condition"

Hello, I was so thankful that I had insurance to cover these charges for my sick fur baby. How ever I am concerned about comments the reviewer had made about my dog vomiting. That the vomiting wasn't covered. That he had to go one year with out vomiting.. Now how am I supposed to know my dog is sick? Being a mother the 1st thing that tipped me off that my child was sick was the throwing up! How can you consider throwing up a PRE EXISTING CONDITION! I find that outrageous. Now that my dog has had diarrhea will that not be covered since it is a PRE EXISTING CONDITION? Its not like my dog is sick all the time but when he gets sick he gets sick! Just like a child. So in my mind throwing up and diarrhea will never be covered.

Worst experience I ever had with a pet…

Worst experience I ever had with a pet insurance company. They will deem everything as pre-existing even if the medical history says the opposite. The phone reps know zilch about insurance in general and tell you a claims adjuster will get back to you in 10-15 and sometimes 30 days and then it takes 3-6 months for claims to be reviewed. They even said my dogs diarrhea was pre-existing! Please stay away from this horrific company. They will make you jump through impossible hoops and provide medical history that doesn’t exist. Don’t get me started on the orthopedic report card, that’s a joke. 6 month waiting period and NOTHING is covered unless you get the form filled out. Adjusters are a literal joke and just send you automated messages. Save up, have an emergency fund and pay out of pocket for your pets. Or waste your money on pet insurance like I did.
