Our dog was sick with intestinal issues for the first time. We were reimbursed very little because you said we did not have a wellness rewards plan. Our dog was sick. This was not a wellness check up. Also, it is difficult to speak to a representative about this problem. We are a new customer, so we are disappointed with the outcome.

My claim was quick and easy. I thought it was going to take a month, but my claim was resolved within a week.

It was an easy process from submission to reimbursement.

This insurance is a scam... they increased my rate by greater then 50% at the renewal! Dishonest and awful way to do business! I canceled my subsricption

My dog had a small benign growth on his gums. I asked my veterinarian twice if it should be tested, but she stated it was extremely common and did not look suspicious in any way, and elected to remove it during routine dental cleaning. This insurance policy will now not cover any form of cancer in any way because my veterinarian did not biopsy the gum growth. They intentionally elect to not review your pet's data until you submit a claim, so you do not have clear understanding of what is not covered until it is too late and you have already paid an outrageous monthly premium for years. Very unfortunate experience.
