I’m not sure how to review Embrace…
I’m not sure how to review Embrace because none of my three claims are settled, and all three are wellness claims, so it’s my money they haven’t sent me. This is my first time submitting claims, so maybe when I get reimbursed I’ll feel differently, but it doesn’t seem like they’re paying much attention, (or money,) right now. I’ll update the review when the claims are settled.
UPDATE: The claims have been reviewed, and at least partially resolved. My real issue is that I was asked to review Embrace when the claims were not only unresolved, but hadn’t even been reviewed. It just seemed a little tone deaf, as if my opinion was just some data point to be collected. I know that processing the claim takes some time. I would have given a better review if Embrace had resolved my claims before asking me how they were doing.
