They don’t do as promised
They don’t do as promised. They delayed processing claims. Sent in claims in March and April. They still were not processed in August. They didn’t process the claims until I asked to cancel and threatened Better Business Bureau complaint. Cancelling was a hassle to. It took them 3 days to process my request to cancel!
