They keep losing vet records and rarely pay claims

In two years I've only received a couple hundred dollars and this week they asked for all records again. For the third time. They keep acting like it's my first claim. They have every record that exists since I adopted the dog. Yet they keep asking for them over and over and over. And then they go back and say, oh yeah, mb we do. But what about all these blank months (you know, when the dog didn't need the vet)? What a waste of $75/month. A woman at the vet last week is getting covered by her insurance for a kidney transplant for a dog she just adopted a month ago. I wish I would have purchased her insurance

When your cat falls off the cat tree and breaks their wrist, you need the nice customer serve Representatives. Claims were paid quickly and correctly! Great experience to date. With more surgery to happen.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
