Vet treatment for ear infection was…
Vet treatment for ear infection was disallowed because it was determined as an office visit. My dog is now back at Vet because infection got worse...we'll see if this claim is also rejected...

What am I paying for?
So not only did the company significantly raise their prices, providing terrible excuses as to why, the first time we actually submitted a claim, that was a significant emergency for my dog, they practically didn't cover anything. I'm damn near paying for their highest coverage, only to not have nay of my dogs bil covered at all. Nearly $1200 bill and they covered $75.00 of it. With the ridiculous cost of the deductible fee and the significant increase to my monthly bill, I'm heavily considering canceling my account. I would honestly probably be saving money that way. If I could give no stars I would.

Direct deposit issue resolved
My claim showed that it was paid via direct deposit over three weeks ago. No sign of the deposit. I called to inquire and was told the billing department would investigate. After a couple of additional days the claims was paid. I'm not sure what happened.
Hopefully, the direct deposit will be smoother from here on out. No other issues after almost 7 years.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
