I had a claim recently that Embrace denied because of a pre-existing condition. So, I contacted my vet to find out what condition was being referred to. My vet wrote an email explaining that it was not pre-existing, Embrace reviewed it, and agreed and they covered the costs. But, the Embrace email said that there continued to be a pre-existing condition. So, my vet challenged that saying that the test used on my pet was before she became my vet and that test has been declared inconclusive and no longer considered valid. Embrace reviewed this and agreed so my pet no longer has a pre-existing condition on her record. I have never had an insurance company take issues like this seriously and reconsider their decision which Embrace did and I really appreciate.
