Not a bad pet insurance but not great.

Not a bad pet insurance but not great. Every year expect a big increase in your monthly premiums. They seem to be looking to classify whatever you put in for as “ not covered.”

Heidi was amazing, informative and professional.

Our representative was very informative and professional! She was able to handle any questions we had. It gave us a sense of relief and security for our puppy. Several of our family members are secured with Embrance. We recommend them to everyone.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS

I have been an Embrace customer for years and every year I am disappointed by the outrageous rate increase. Also I was slightly tardy in submitting a vet bill due to unforeseen mail and email dysfunctions and they would not accept it. Such bad and inconsiderate treatment of a long time customer. I will never recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to anyone else again. They had an opportunity to do the right thing and they chose not to. It was a deliberate and uncaring decision on their part and I am beyond disappointed. I have given them thousands of dollars over 20 years and they wouldn't accept a $200 vet bill because it was late?? OUTRAGEOUS

First claim on my puppy

I submitted my first claim for my 3 month old puppy and hadn't received any updates except they were waiting for more records. I didn't find out until the third attempt at getting results..that they needed records from my primary vet...for a claim that was from a secondary vet. No one called or contacted me...and I just kept waiting and calling for the claim to be processed. They said it would take a month to process first claim... Very disappointed in how long it takes to get thru to customer service, and to get things processed.
