Embrace made an obvious mistake and never read my claim or reviewed the receipts.
I had to resubmit my claim because the original review was in error. This company obviously does not look at the receipts from the vets. If they don't honor their policy and reimburse for things listed on the policy, it is not worth anything. This is the first claim I have made in the entire multi-year period I have had the policy. I believe if they don't honor their policies I am entitle for a full refund of all my premiums, since it is obvious they never provided me with the protection I paid for.
