Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This company will deny your claim at any opportunity to do so. Stick with the more well known brands of pet insurance.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY REPLY:
My pet has a UTI and was treated for it with antibiotics. The vet did a swab and verified a bacterial infection prescribed antibiotics, and the infection went away. Months later we thought she had another UTI and took her back to the vet. A swab came up negative so they did a urinalysis and found crystals in her urine, so she had to go on a special diet, the diagnosis included some xrays to make sure she did not have any stones. Embrace denied the claim saying it was "misdiagnosed" and was therefore a preexisting condition. So if you've ever been treated for anything even slightly related to what your claim is, they will deny it as a "misdiagnosed" preexisting condition.

This was my first claim with Embrace
This was my first claim with Embrace. It was very easy and quick. My claim was processed and I received payment within a week. A couple of my other pets are with a different insurance company (I can't switch them over because of pre-existing issues), and they can take up to a month for payment. Also, the people at Embrace were very kind and caring about the death of my cat.

Claims are online, easy, and intuitive.
Although I (fortunately) have not had to file many claims, the online process has always been easy and intuitive. With this most recent claim, I find they've made the process even easier, as they pursue any questions, etc., directly with my provider, requiring no extra effort on my part.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
