Horrible customer service

I called to cancel my insurance and the representative was beyond rude. I would almost understand if I was hostile or rude to him, but I wasn’t. He asked me a question and when I responded, he called me a liar. I have never been spoken to by a customer service representative in this way. I really hope that the conversation was recorded so you can go back and listen to see how unprofessional he was. Just a horrible experience.

My 15 year old Rockie

I have a 15 year old dachshund and we have had embrace insurance her entire life! All surgeries, meds and visits have been possible because of having this insurance. She is still up and walking to this day! Thank u embrace pet insurance!

Embrace has always handled my kitties vet bills quickly and the communication is excellent. I would definitely refer pet owners to enroll their fur babies with Embrace. The plans offered are very reasonable and provide great coverage. Keep up the good work!

No Surprises

Took far less time than Embrace said it may take and they paid my claim. Great to not have to go through a wringer. Submit the vet receipt answer a couple questions and bam money back in my account.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
