Horrible customer service
I called to cancel my insurance and the representative was beyond rude. I would almost understand if I was hostile or rude to him, but I wasn’t. He asked me a question and when I responded, he called me a liar. I have never been spoken to by a customer service representative in this way. I really hope that the conversation was recorded so you can go back and listen to see how unprofessional he was. Just a horrible experience.
