If you are compliant with every letter of your insurance agreement and send an extremely boilerplate claim for an extremely typical problem, expect to receive a payout after following up about half a dozen times and slightly over a month of waiting.
Their website is useless and their phone support uses an absolutely miserable auto-attendant/AI thing.
