Customer service was great!
My customer service experience was awesome. I got a policy for my puppy right after I got him, he’s now 10 months old and he broke his tooth. I called to clarify coverage before going through with his appointment with the dentist and customer service was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast to answer.
I’ve been a vet tech for 8 years and know that pet insurance can be misunderstood. This is why it’s important to understand your coverage before you need to use it. Being able to get on the phone and quickly get an answer on my dog’s case before I approved/denied a treatment plan is so appreciated. Not always possible but when it is it’s definitely worth the time.
