My Claims Experience
My first submission of three claims was processed and paid in a week or two. When I had a question after it was paid customer service got back to me the same day acknowledging receipt of my email. I heard from them with an answer to my question about two days after that. My second submission of three claims for the same injury was paid the SAME day it was submitted. That is prompt, and efficient customer service. I would recommend them.
