Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I was a customer for 7 years with hardly any claims. They charge me $265 a month for my two dogs. My golden had a major illness and the bills were over $1,000. Because they have such a strict deadline for turning in claims (which aren’t clearly defined, more like “fine print”) they offered me NOTHING. Due to my disappointment, I called everyone I had referred to them, every vet I’ve worked with in three different states, and will scream from the rooftops how horrible a company Embrace. Resolving my issue would have cost them maybe $500 at most. Two months of my premium. Silver lining…many better companies for lower rates out there. Thank you, Embrace. I would have never known how badly you were gouging me monthly had you not screwed me over.
