ASPCA is WONDERFUL - caring, compassionate, and always available!
I am so grateful to Shelly and everyone at ASPCA for their support and how easy and straightforward they made the claim submission process. When my dog got sick, I quickly and easily sent in the invoice for his treatment through the ASPCA app, and they provided me with updates through the app about the claim's review, processing, and fulfillment. After receiving the reimbursement checks, Shelly called to check in on my dog, and everyone was so wonderful and compassionate throughout the entire process.

Love ASPCA
I debated about getting pet insurance as I had just gotten a new puppy who had no health issues and was not sure if I was going to be wasting my money. Now that I have Domino for almost a year I am so thankful I got it. As we send him to daycare and he is a very social pup he had parasites on and off pretty much since we got him. The medication and visits would have cost us close to a $1,000 but so thankful we ended up getting pet insurance. Submitting claims is super easy and they even call you to follow-up to see how your pup is doing, Super thankful I chose ASPCA

Claim and Info process
Filing a claim through my Vets office was an easy process. Also when I spoke with customer service on the phone all my questions were answered with knowledge about the process and other questions I might have had. I am pleased with ASPCA pet insurance policy and will continue to have it for my pet.

Great customer service
My Frenchie needed emergency back surgery a few weeks ago. It was the holidays and we were under a lot of stress financially. The surgery went well and our baby is doing fantastic. The ASPCA staff was amazing they were friendly and caring and walked me through how to make a claim. It was so easy and best of all my claim was approved very quickly and I was reimbursed even faster. I highly recommend this insurance!
Monthly Cost
Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.
Coverage
The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%
Payout Limits
Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option.
No lifetime limits.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered.
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment.
If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee.
