Reliable, strongly recommended

I have a 3 year old Miniature Poodle and a middle-aged (exact age unknown) Lhasa Apso mixed breed. The first had developed several medical complications in his first year, which incurred substantial expense in state of the Art veterinary care and diagnostic expenses. All were covered by ASPCA pet insurance, and they did not increase the premium or terminate the plan in the subsequent years. My dogs are both in good health now, sans some minor illnesses like allergy, ear infections etc. I feel confident that if they fall sick, Heaven forbid, ASPCA Pet Insurance will be there to support. I recommend this company to every pet parent for peace of mind,

Quick and painless

ASPCA insurance has been the easiest insurance experience we've ever had (to be fair, that in itself isn't a high bar compared to car and home insurance, but it's actually great!). The Web UI for uploading claims is super simple and straightforward, and things just proceed seamlessly after that with us getting the claim processed and our refund delivered via ACH over a few weeks. It's always super obvious why we're getting back the amount we get, so we never have to complain or ask followup questions or anything.

I will never use any pet insurance provider other than ASPCA. Period.

Last year, we had a young GSD pup named Goose who came down with a bizarre virus that ended up taking his life. Long story short, what we initially thought was an obstruction in his stomach, turned out to be a virus that spread from his GI tract to his lungs and after more than a week of ER care, the vets believed there was nothing else they could do - we had to put him down. While the decision was incredibly hard, ASPCA made it possible for us to pursue a cure to the very end and have peace of mind, after his passing, that we did everything we possibly could have to save his life. ASPCA's staff stayed in constant contact with me, offered words of encouragement, and always made it clear what they would need to process the near $15,000 dollars worth of claims we ended up filing. Once the claim was processed, we received our reimbursement shortly thereafter. It was a very tough time for myself and my fiancee and we will forever be appreciative of the way ASPCA and the ER veterinarians treated us. P.S. That was about a year ago to to the date and, recently, we welcomed a new shepherd into our home. After our experience with Goose, we knew exactly who we would be calling to insure our new pup. Our experience with ASPCA has made us life-long customers and as our friends start to adopt dogs of their own, we only have one recommendation to give. Thank you all so much!

Amazing! They are there when we need them for our fur babies.

I recommend that everyone has health insurance for their fur babies. They our your children too and you never want to be stuck making a hard decision on providing them the best healthcare due to your current financial situation. Aspca is the best like an extended family.
